1. Pressure spring falling off
When spinning pure flax, Schlafhorst AC6 automatic winder first uses a twist blowing tube to blow the yarn head, and then uses water spray to complete the yarn head splicing. In the process , we found that the structure of the blowing twist tube is different from that of the previous untwisting tube. One end is closed and the other end is open. The self-cleaning ability is worse than that of the untwisting tube, and the maintenance is difficult. In addition, after the fixed iron sheet of the splicer gland falls off, it is easy to be absorbed by the active tension disc of the tension device, resulting in the abrasion of the right tension disc (active tension disc).

2. Problem causes
Ac338 model also has such problems, because the compression spring is made of poor material, hard and brittle, and the rear end of the compression spring is broken after repeated knotting of the splicer. The broken compression spring is inelastic and cannot support the gland. It will fall off by itself under the action of repeated knotting action of the splicer. If it happens that the tension disc is open when it falls off, the fallen compression spring is easily absorbed by the tension disc (with a permanent magnet inside). After the single spindle is spliced normally, the yarn passes through the tension sensor, the lower yarn passes through the lower yarn detector, and the tension disc can be opened normally. When the yarn is introduced between the left and right tension discs by the small suction nozzle, the tension disc clamps the yarn and continues to rotate, and the fallen compression spring is also clamped between the two tension discs. Under the condition that the pressure is 40cn (obtained from the test), the pressure spring falling off during the rotation of the tension disc continues to rub with the left and right tension discs, while the left tension disc belongs to the driven device and has a certain dynamic clearance, which can not be found in time by the operator and the maintenance worker, resulting in the abrasion of the right tension disc (active tension disc).

3. Solutions
Install the yarn guide on the upper part of the ceramic disc according to the tension analysis device shown in Figure 3, and install it on the lower part of the ceramic disc according to the tension analysis. The guiding porcelain piece selected by the author is the porcelain piece on Murata no.21c hairiness reduction device (perla-a). Any guiding porcelain piece can also be selected during transformation, and the result can meet the standard.
